The stuff they had all came in at or under the price range I would have expected it to be at. I requested a few features that my broken piece had, and they had a decent selection of glass that fit my description, with a good range of prices. I feel like I got what I was looking for at a price I was happy to pay.

I don't know if I came in on the wrong day or something. But this wasn't the experience I was really hoping for. Was looking for a domeless titanium nail. Not in a rush or anything, but the gal seemed uninterested in trying even help or anything. Blamed the unorganized back room, which is cool but that super sucks and sucks to hear as a customer. But only furthered me to find one online at wickedpipes. I found one. Good deal too. I just wish the gal was eager to make a sale or cared to? Just there to get paid by the hour? Idk. But this shops been around for a while right? You need someone cheerful and helpful? Hey there ho there!
