I was very nervous starting with a new stylist and salon but was very encouraged by all the reviews.
Arlene took her time with my consultation and made me feel very comfortable with her. She was very thorough in explaining what I wanted and what could realistically take place with the dying of my hair. Her main focus was keeping the integrity of my hair and I very much appreciated that.
The salon itself was nice and I was offered pretty much any drink of my choice.
The other stylists were very nice and they all seemed to love working in the environment and with each other!
I LOVE the way Arlene cared for my hair and I am VERY happy with the outcome!
Needless to say I have found my new stylist and will be referring her and the salon to all my friends!
