My friend took me here to buy extensions for my upcoming wedding in March. She highly recommended and shops here regularly. We went in as a walk-in in the morning and were lucky to have the worker to ourselves. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was great! She was very patient with my questions and knowledgeable in the product and gave me helpful tips before I took off. She matched my natural black hair perfectly, and it felt and looked like really good quality. My friend, who has dyed hair with various tones, found her match easily. I'll definitely return for future purchases and now I know where to come to get a wig in the very distant future as well! Ps: they have parking available in the back, but it's really easy to miss, so drive slow.

Too bad I can only give 5 stars because this place deserves so many more. I went into the store feeling extremely uncomfortable to actually show someone my hair loss/thinning. We were greeted with warmth and friendliness by all employees. BUT Hollie immediately put me at ease. Hollie was very knowledgeable and compassionate. She fitted me with hair extensions that look so natural!
My tears of sadness quickly turned turned to tears of joy ! I left the store feeling beautiful 🫶🏽
