We stopped in to have an afternoon snack and a cocktail. We started with the sliders. They were seasoned well however we’re a little dry maybe a bit overcooked. Next, we shared the Caprese salad the tomatoes were fresh and had a great flavor, The Barada was nice and creamy, and the basil rounded things off nicely.we will definitely return to try other menu options.

Visited during a recent trip to DC with friends to hang out. The Hamilton is a very large and busy restaurant, however their service and servants are top notch. They get you in and get you out so you don't have to wait too long. I was surprised how fast they attended to us and the food did not disappoint. We opted for the wings for an appetizer and I opted for the Cajun rockfish while my friends ordered crab cakes, a pork chop, and BLT. You can't go wrong here and the prices are reasonable.

A classic restaurant in the middle of DC. We walked in for lunch and thankfully didn’t have to wait.
Interior walls were dark walled and ceilings are high. Has an elegant steak house feel.
Crab cake sandwich came with a generously large crab cake. A bit of tartar sauce was a perfect accompaniment. Fries that came with it were also really good. Surprisingly the kids Mac and cheese was really good.
Staff were great. Attentive w/o being pushy. One of my favorite restaurants.
