Love this place. We order online and pick up in store. Staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Also, the bong and pipe section is superb! Store is big with many selections but staff are always willing to answer questions. I had Shawna M help me today and she was excellent 💯 she was patience as I looked through the bongs and helped make sure everything was wrapped and safe before I left. She let me look at whatever pipes I was interested in and let me know anything she knew about them.

The Herbery on 78th is my go-to spot for all things herbal. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, Jaime does and excellent job managing the store. I highly recommend stopping by.

Most of the staff is knowledgeable and can provide good recommendations. However we stopped going here when they treated us like we were trying to scam them when the item we purchased malfunctioned :/
