This place is a joke. They send me to a spot to drop my trailer and one of theirs is in the assigned spot, then once I do drop my empty trailer I go to pick up my loaded trailer and its blocked in by another trailer. No yard dogs to be found. So after 20min I go over to the other side to get one, he tells me he'll be over soon. 15min later still waiting. This drop and hook has turned into a drop and wait.

They texted me the day before and called me that my washer and dryer be delivered on Friday between noon and 4:00. They never called back if you call the appliance number for home Depot the associates tell you. They aren't even answering the phone for us we don't know what's going on. Horrible service is the best I can say... Do not buy an appliance from home Depot if it's going to be shipped from the Tracy facility

Since they changed the security its too hard for semi to deliver it take always 1 hour should bring the old people back
