I don't often go here because they are prejudice against pit bulls but it's close to my home and Lowe's didn't have what I needed so I called first before heading over. I was patched through to the outdoor nursery where the kid on the phone was lazy and hung up on me. Not the first time this has happened here, not sure if it was the same kid as last time. I found what I needed minutes after arriving at the store although the product I was buying was $1.47 more than at Lowe's. I don't recommend going here unless you're out of options. Also, the older "gentleman " at the register in the garden department was unfriendly and full of excuses as to why his fellow employee couldn't or wouldn't do their job.

First things first: the staff are great. They're always as helpful as their corporate allows them to be. But when they started firing great employees and replacing them with rows of self-check out lanes, things started going downhill. Now there's nothing but a long line, and a wait to do all of the check out work for yourself. I don't shop here any more, and it's corporate's fault for trading local jobs for corporate margins. 2 stars for the staff that still has jobs.

They had soap in the bathrooms, someone asked if I needed help and I did find a plant I’ve been searching for a long time. (They only had one) so I’ll give them all their stars… the garden section is small and there not clearance. But it was still good. I only went to garden and bathroom.
