Shopped this morning for a swamp cooler. It took 3 different associates to be able to tell me if it came with the motor. I paid for delivery. To clarify, I'm not upset with the young lady who delivered it. The swamp cooler was tied to her open truck in her new car. She attempted to get the cooler out by herself
When questioned she stated that home depot tired in in for her. It weighs over 100lbs. I assisted with getting it out of the truck. But then we were unable to move it. Two male workers at my neighbors helped us.
How can such a huge hardware chain send a small woman in her own car without assistance or even a dolly. Yes, I called the store but didn't get anywhere and unable to file a formal complaint.
