Marlay was kind enough 2 assist with locating washers& bolts. Not an easy task but it was time-consuming and how do very well. Credit card cash register was fast and easy

In regards to receiving department.
This place doesn't allow masonite deliveries in loading dock.
They must be unloaded in alley with a pallet jack and forklift. Plenty of employees working in this department to only have 1 employee over 40 unloading by himself.
Needs better teamwork or manpower delegated properly.

DO NOT SHOP THIS LOCATION!!!! The customer service is lackluster, and when you eventually find help, the store associates are rude! A lot of common items are out of stock! I would suggest a location further up a Capitol Expressway, or Milpitas.
