The quality of products in the store is almost as low as the attitude and intelligence of the people who work there. Every time I go back to home depot it's a bigger shit show than the last time.

I was looking to exchange an exterior faucet and originally bought the wrong one. Went to the plumbing department and spoke to George. He asked for a photo of one I needed, and he walked and pulled part for me. Very pleasant, man. Kiddos, George, for helping me.

Unfortunately this location has the worst customer service I have ever seen. It doesn’t matter what day or time either. By far the worst department is lumber. They will actually say no they dont have time to help you. But then walk away and stand in a group of a few guys talking badly about a customer. Ive overheard some truly awful things said about customers. I have received great help from a couple of the employees who help take your items out but too bad its just these few because they get overshadowed by all the terrible employees. Management needs to seriously take a hard look at some department heads and fix this broken culture here.
