Did an online order for curbside pick up. The number they have posted does not work. You have to use the app to check in. The app that oh so magically doesn't work and repeatedly freezes when you try to check in. Call the main store number and eventually get checked in and wait, and wait and wait. Call again and get told they brought it out but nobody was out there?! 30 minutes and still waiting for product that has been paid for but they can't bother handing over. Made the mistake of ordering for delivery. The store delivered nothing. Claimed they tried to deliver but when faced with video surveillance that said otherwise changed their story. Then claimed it hadn't been released yet. Then claimed it was stolen by the driver. Still charging me for the items. And the saga continues. They allegedly tried to deliver again at 730 in the morning and "nobody over 18 was available ." I was outside in the front yard well before and after this time. Nobody came by. The only vehicle that even went by the house was a trash truck. Called corporate and the same driver was assigned the delivery again. Why would you assign delivery to a driver that stole the last delivery? Something VERY fishy is going on at this location.
The workers are RUDE & don’t want to do their jobs. My husband & I normally come here together & I’ve always had a positive experience with ONE girl who worked here. Shes usually in the garden section & I wish I had her name to give her recognition. BUT I find it ironic that the 2 times my husband has come here alone the workers have been extremely rude to him. The first time was when he ordered a few bags of concrete for pickup & the workers threw a fit bc they had to do their job & put it in his truck. My husband, who is a very nice man even got out & offered to help bc he felt bad DESPITE being a disabled veteran (which is why he ordered for pickup). The most recent experience was my husband doing self checkout & using his military discount on a big purchase, making the discount $90. The self checkout worker AND manager were rude in front of him about this & gave him attitude for what I’m assuming is because of the amount he got off his purchase. My husband still said have a nice day & the manager just walked off & said nothing. Im so disappointed in this location bc we shop regularly at Home Depot & my husband does not deserve to be treated this way every time he comes here. Do better!!!!!
