We went to Home Depot tonight (6/5/24 @ 8:53pm) to purchase a couple miscellaneous items. As we are checking out a tall Caucasian employee is looking inside our babies stroller and under, we are checking out and see him do this and he just tells us they are supposed to check carts and so forth. I highly doubt that was the case, we are both hispanic and heavily tattooed individuals. I thing it was unethical on his behalf to do such thing especially since there were other people who were checking out and not once did they bother to look "at their carts and things" like the employee stated. Never coming to this Home Depot again!

TODD in the Garden Department went out of his way to help me this afternoon! I bought 4 large & heavy potted plants. He helped me load my cart, then push the heavy cart to the check out register. Then he asked me to pull my car up to the entrance where he helped load the heavy pots into my car. He immeasurably help me - a senior citizen without being asked to - he offered his kind services to me!!!! He’s a treasure!!!

Cuztomer service is a joke. Anytime I come here they just give me the run around and make up some excuse why they can't provide you with service
