I purchased several appliances online spent almost $3000 one of them was faulty they refused to refund or replace the stove. You have 48h to make sure everything is perfect with any appliance you order or you are stuck with a lemon product by far the worst customer service experience, I have had to deal with when it comes to a large purchase. Buyer beware!! I plan to speak to the store manager but if it’s anything like the other customer service reps I have spoken to for this company I will get the same answer and no solution. It has gotten better since this review so updated to reflect.

The associate working the rental area in Dartmouth, MA was so miserable. I even asked him if he was OK. He said "I'm getting ready to go home. I have never felt so unwelcome in a business before. He didn't even offer to get us help with the 200 pound machine we rented. A customer in the parking lot helped us load it into our truck. Your department is open until 8pm. It was 7:45. We were in there 5 minutes. Hire people who want to work and not be so miserable. We will use another rental place going forward.

It was difficult to find an employee that could assist us. They kept on passing the buck.
