Service was great at this location. We were looking for a die grinder cutting disc adapter. How ever the one they have in stock is only rated for 4500 RPM, suitable for a drill. If you are in search of the same tool DO NOT buy this as most die grinders are rated at DOUBLE that rpm.

Ordered a washer online. The unit said it was delivered but never showed up. After HOURS on hold with customer support I was told there was almost nothing they could do till the following week. I asked for a refund and was told they would have to do an investigation before issuing a refund. I understand needing to do the investigation to insure I did not receive the washer, but that's still 1500$ out of my pocket with no washer and a new born on the way. If I ever do get refunded, I'll be sure to spend my money anywhere else and deffinatny not online. Can't stress enough how terrible the customer support was I am in shock.
