It's Home Depot, the staff genuinely tries hard to provide good customer service. I would give it 5 stars but I disagree with some of the managers decisions regarding staffing and staff deployment. (i.e. putting the electrical and plumbing department employees outside to BBQ several weekends in a row during the BBQ sale, those 2 departments are the most technical ones you have with customers that need help. I personally helped a few other customers with questions and locations of products while I was there to get the items I needed because the covering employee from another department didn't know what or where things were. Meanwhile there are 4 to 5 cashiers standing around at the self check out registers, its really frustrating when you are trying to get in and out to finish a job.

Wow š¤© wow š® this is the best Homedepot I have even been too!!! Everyone and I mean everyone was kind sweet helpful and just wow what an experience š Iām not even exaggerating a bit all the humans that work here at this location are exemplary šÆ all other Homedepot stores š¬ need to learn from this place seriously š even having to get materials that were locked up the Homedepot employees were awesome šš¼

Very disappointed with the online order service. Went to my local Home depot to order a swamp cooler because my air conditioner and cooler had gone out. I ordered it at the store so they'd be no misunderstanding about what I wanted. The salesman that helped me place the order told me that I should receive my cooler in 4 to five days. 10 days later I got a message that my cooler had arrived. During those ten days the temperature was 110Ā° to 114Ā°.
