Fun atmosphere with gracious staff, making sure you get to the right performance. Very comfortable waiting area with a small café to see that you have what you need.

Went to box office early to buy tix for a 7:30 show, they said they couldn’t sell me tix until showtime at 7:30… which makes no sense. Told me to buy tix online instead, which meant $6 fee. Bought tix online, Got to show early, turns out she WAS selling tix before 7:30, and telling people to pay them cash to avoid fee. So lame box office girl just blew us off, wouldnt sell us tix, gave us info she knew was wrong (i mean seriously, why would you not sell tix till after the show starts?!?) So weird she didnt want to sell us tix. Wont be back. You’d think live theater would do anything to get people to return.
