One of my favorite coffee spots in town. The Sugar free options are bussin. The “dinosaur egg” you get with each drink is so cool. Super friendly staff and delicious drinks every time.

Prices differ at locations. Jalapeño Biscuits sandwich is good, usually a mess in the bag. Coffee has been consistent lately.

I had a non-dairy butterscotch latte made with hemp milk today, and it was truly one of the smoothest, perfectly sweet, creamy lattes I’ve ever had. The coffee is not sour or too dark. It’s nutty and perfect. I REALLY hope they will be adding a fully vegan breakfast bagel/sandwich on the menu soon. Dev’s coffee, Seize the Bagel, and Peet’s Tea already have one, but I think The Human Bean would make a much better one for us on the plant based diet. <3
