I hired the Hume brothers to sell my mother's home in north Tacoma and I am thrilled that I did! Initially when I reached out to them I needed to fix a few repairs prior to selling and they had great referrals and helped navigate that process making my life much easier. Their communication was fantastic! I could reach either one of them any day of the week as they are both so responsive by calling or texting. They laid out a great marketing plan and a pricing strategy that ultimately led to exceeding our goals. I am so happy I hired Matt and Tom and would highly recommend them to anybody needing to buy or sell a home.

We have used Tom and Matt to sell two of our houses in Tacoma. Why two? Because they did such a good job on our first home sale that working with them on our second one was an easy decision. They knocked it out of the park both times. From getting us ready to list to putting it on the market to closing the sale - they walked us through the entire process seamlessly. Matt Hume deserves 100 stars! I had spoken with a couple of agents and chose to work with Matt.I was aware when I decided to work with him that he was a top Tacoma realtor as his signs are always around North Tacoma with a sale pending. During the selling process he was very informative and strategic with multiple offers and helped me get the best deal possible. I could reach him quickly through phone calls, text or email seven days a week. He marketed my home with attention to details and he was so fun to work with too.
