Since I switched job to Richland, my wife and I had been looking for a place to live desperately. We have visited a lot of places and we found Illahee apartments to be ideal. Not only it is close to where I work but also it's not far from downtown city center. Meanwhile, it is so close to the riverfront walking trail which my wife and I like the most. During our first visit to Illahee, we met Jody in the office. After touring us around and gave us a comprehensive introduction, Jody even talked quite a bit with us. And we found out we share a lot in common. She is such a character and such a considerate person throughout our signing and move-in process. "You will like this place" - as she had said before. Indeed, we are fall in love with this place and enjoy every moment of it now. Thank you so much Jody!
Jody has exceptional customer service and is great to work with. Tenants and staff were easy to work around. The complex is very clean and well maintained. They take pride in the property and we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Thanks from PG Long
