TL:DR - Delightful, unique, with an awkward layout, and probably heating issues in the summer.

I would put this in a place where it is good for a meet, snack, and game which suits for about an hour before running out of charm. A decent selection of taps and a fun selection of snack. Worth a stop if you're in the area with a friend.
