If I could give Tom a 6 on this scale I would. I went to Tom about 18 months ago by recommendation of a close friend to purchase an engagement ring - knowing absolutely nothing about jewelry. He didn't try to sell me, pressure me, or even really push me to buy something from him - instead he gave me all the information I needed as well as a few things in my price to understand that as soon as I left his store, I'd never find another deal as good as what he was giving me.
While I know he cannot always do for others what he did for me, know that with Tom, you'll get full transparency and honesty with every question you ask, the best quality jewelry and craft with the paperwork to support the quality, and a truly satisfactory experience. I'll happily recommend every person looking for jewelry to him forever.

I believe he said he had over 45 years in the jewelry industry, which was clearly evident.
