I am so thankful to have had Carol Hunt as my real estate agent- I can't recommend her enough (and have to family and friends)!
Before I met her, I had met with another realtor from a different company who told me in no uncertain terms that I would not be able to find what I wanted, in the location I wanted, at the price bracket I was looking in, so we mutually parted ways.
I then met Carol who said she would find the perfect home for raising my son in- and she wouldn't stop looking and working until it came to fruition- and let me tell you, she worked non-stop on finding a place and negotiating for what we needed. We ended up getting a rare double lot, in the city we wanted, for all the price we needed - not the price they were asking, when that was not common for how the market was. I really believe this only happened because of Carol not only being one of the most tenacious people I've ever met, who genuinely cares for her clients, but also one of the most uplifting and encouraging!
We joke in our family that her job title should be changed to miracle worker because she did what others in her shoes said was impossible... so I'd say if you want the best- try here!
