I’ve been going to the Jewel Box Salon for several years. I have had outstanding experiences 100% of the time. My stylist is always considering what I like, and have questions about. She, provides incredible advice, as I’m not that great with hair. Not only is the stylist outstanding but the professionalism, cleanliness and operation of the salon are impeccable in every way.

I have been going to Jewel Box salon since I moved to Spokane several years ago. It always has a big fun energy inside and I’m always greeted with warm smiles when I arrive. These stylists are top notch professionals & I couldn’t imagine going elsewhere. As I sit in the chair, more clients arrive & always the same warm welcome from everyone. It’s like a family & I love going there. Sorry to have read the last persons negative review, seems the completely the opposite of what I have always experienced. It’s 5 stars from me!!

I’m from Italy and I really care about my curly hair. I was really scared of getting a curly haircut someplace new that I didn’t know. Julie gave me the best curly haircut I’ve ever gotten. She’ll take good care of you, and she has an amazing personality, full of energy. Super recommended!!!
