I am a very picky guy. The crew at the Jewelry Factory are amazing. They provide the best services from creating beautiful jewelry to fixing a broken piece of jewelry. I am so pleased with their customer service and creative abilities. I will never go to any other jeweler again. They are by far the best jewelry company I have ever dealt with.

Excellent experience! I needed a ring appraised, but who do you trust? I was referred to The Jewelry Factory by a friend, and I am so grateful! The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming and fun to converse with. They're filled with knowledge and efficient with their timing and setting up appointments. Although I went for an appraisal, I was thoroughly impressed by all the services they provide. Looking forward to doing business with them again some day. Thank you!

I was referred to Bruce and Z through family to fix my grandmother's vintage engagement ring and possibly create a custom wedding band to go along with it. They did an amazing job fixing the ring and helping me design a matching band. Ultimately, we decided not to have them create the band, but the quality of the work on my grandmother's ring, the welcoming atmosphere, and the flexibility to meet and talk whenever I needed them has made me a loyal customer. For any future appraisals, repairs, and jewelry buying needs, I'll be coming to them first!
