My first visit to The Joint Chiropractic Office in Lake Forest, CA was today March 18th, 2024. Their receptionist Miriam was very helpful and friendly on the phone and in person as she walked me through the initial paperwork. I only waited maybe 3-minutes before Dr. Reynolds took me back. He took his time asking me questions about my condition, explained what he wanted to do, and provided some stretches for me to do on my own in between visits. I feel better than I did when I went in and am confident that the constant pain from my curved spine from birth will continue to improve with monthly maintenance. I just wish I wouldn't have waited so long in pain to take this step.

Very punctual, professional, and took the time to listen to my needs before answering. The team went above and beyond to take of me and help ensure I get back to a good maintenance routine.

Excellent experience every time I go. They have brought my back from a position where I thought I would need surgery, to now where I just need to be adjusted couple times a month. Absolutely satisfied.
