My mom recently passed away and I live in a different state so going through everything in her house was extremely overwhelming. It was 43 years worth of stuff and she wasn’t necessarily a hoarder but she did collect a lot of stuff over the years.
I knew I needed help getting everything out so I went through what I could and called Junkluggers. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. They were able to come out the very next morning. Amy, the owner called me to verify everything. The prices are way better than other junk companies and I love that they try to keep what they can out of dumps so they don’t keep adding to landfills. They donate to non profits and I especially love that they try to re-home things to women in need and more. And just seeing their reviews made it easy to choose them.
It took 3 days, 5 trucks and some big crews, and they made this experience so much easier for me especially dealing with emotions of losing my mom and cleaning out my childhood home. Hector was fantastic. He communicated with me about everything and was very kind. He came all 3 days. I didn’t get all the guys names but the first day Tito was here and he was so kind and helpful as well. The next 2 days Carlos was also a huge help to me and communicative. I dealt with those 3 the most and couldn’t be happier!
I have already given a referral to a woman who just lost her daughter and needs the assistance as well.
Thank you for everything Junkluggers! I am forever grateful!
They did an absolutely great job and Carlos & Enrique are the nicest guys to work with. There were three or four other guys involved though with a different truck and all of them were excellent as well. They worked in some really filthy old rotten food and a refrigerator that I would classify as a "biohazard". They were super pleasant and more than wanting to make sure I was happy with the job. We will be using them in the future and I can't recommend anyone better.
