Not a fan of the customer service here. When I asked if they would be carrying a certain product the individual behind the counter chuckled, as did the individual that was helping me. A "no" would have been fine. 🙂 Awkward and uncomfortable experience. Will not be returning. Update: I guess it was the "Pokemon" half of the shop.

So my long time family friend (who I still consider an uncle) owns this store and I’ve been in several times. He has an amazing range of things to choose from, including older games and systems all the way to newer items that are sometimes even signed!! I bought a scream mask that had Matthew Lillard’s signature on it and I have NEVER been more pleased with a purchase that was last second.

This place is truly a gem! Great atmosphere and an awesome abundance of video games for all systems and also a ton of retroesqe fandom collectables. The staff is so friendly and very fair with trade and sale prices. Definitely my favorite game store in Kitsap Co. 🎮🕹📺 They also have a very cool card/ tabletop gaming section and a counter with Pokémon stuff, too. Go and see for yourself this place is really cool!
