Their escrow side of the company is terrible! They delayed the process, they didn't schedule our singing in advance and ended up causing a multiple day delay on closing for our new home. Communication was non existent. They clearly don't know the process!

They were very nice and helpful when purchasing my home from their client. Explained everything so that I understood what I was signing. Even corrected an overcharge they missed and made it right. Was happy doing business with them.
