Kushery stores are kind of a marketing trick as most items are priced a bit higher than industry standards to make room for weekly deals (that can get marked down up to 30% on the right days).
Cathcart is my favorite location hands down simply due to the fact that the folks running the store are solid. They're laid back and professional at the same time with decent knowledge of their products. I've seen many customer service fails at the other Kushery stores, but hard to find 'Prickly Pete' at this location.
I loved this place. Then I was sold a Hamilton battery and New Standard cart which are not compatible.Even though both items were on the same receipt, I was unable to return the unusable battery.
I was, instead, offered a 40% discount on a new battery. Not quite the same thing.
I’ll be back because the tenders are nice. But after effectively paying $27 for a $16 battery, I just like the place.
I would advise ownership to confirm which of their brands are incompatible and make that information known to customers PRIOR to selling them together.
