My first and last visit at their new location. I used to frequent their location in Gold Bar. Never had any issue at that location with their incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous staff.
Not so at their Monroe location. I was looking to purchase 3 items, one of which was cbd sugar which they've carried for a long time. The young male assisting me seemed pleasant enough. He said they didn't have it since it was past expiration date. No issue, I get that having owned my own store in Sultan which necessitates rotating perishable inventory. I attempted to find out if they would be getting more. He reiterated his previous statement which avoided my question. I was beginning to get frustrated with him. I rephrased my question essentially to did he know if they would continue to stock it and would they be able to order more. He pretty much said the same thing only in more of a sarcastic disrespectful tone adding that he didn't know and he's not the owner of the place (obviously). Exasperated I believe I began repeating my request whereupon his attitude got ruder and mouthy, so I left in a not-so-pleasant manner.
I am merely a 70-year old customer who would expect to be treated with respect which clearly was NOT done by this young man. My business will remain in Gold Bar where I am ALWAYS met pleasantly and treated with respect
