Just take your business somewhere else. This has being the second incident of machines leaving dark/black stains on my clothes. When I called to warned them I was met with a rude and annoyed tone. Unfortunately, I am not the only review that this has happened to.

Clean, safe, affordable. Owners who care, cleaning staff who work hard, and machines that do what they need to do. Not to mention, this is a good location and a lovely, clean little shop. They use tokens only as of last month, and they have detergent machines on-site. There are different sized washers and dryers for your needs, and you can wash a quilt or comforter comfortably in these machines. I lost an expensive item here and the staff was active and attentive in helping me find it. If you're unsure, use The Laundry Basket. It's one of the better laundromats I've used across the country.

Do not use this place. Machines left dark gray or black marks all over our laundry. Would've been better off washing by hand in the bathtub.
