Such a bad experience this morning 06/21/2033! I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 am with Erik ( the owner of the barbershop) while I was about to walk in a few minutes before my appointment Erick messaged advising that he was running behind and my new appointment time was for 10:15 AM I told him that was fine. I walked in at 10:10 AM & he said give me a few, I’ll help you out right now. I waited until 10:30 before I decided to talk out for 3 reasons. While cutting the customers hair he was just talking to the other barbers & his client looked frustrated! Second- all that effort on his conversation could have been applied to his haircut because that fade was just messy( a picture has been attached). Third- when a customer books an appointment, the expectation is for the barber to be on time. Not only does one pay more for an appointment, but we( customers) book ahead of time because he have other things to do!

Made an appt with one of the barbers. Walked in 10 minutes early no one greeted me. After 30 minutes of waiting I decided to leave. Barber then tried to come out running for me.
Take pride in your work carnal. Stop wasting ppls time. If the tables were turned you’d charge us for wasting yours. Should we get a discount for your inability to stay organized????

They messed up my kids hair cuts twice, and they started laughing and mocking my kid for doing a bad hair cut on my kid it was the worst thing ever.
