Mario is legit the most professional friendly and compassionate apartment manager I’ve ever had.

Mario in the leasing office was beyond amazing and very detailed and informative on our tour he showed us several different options of apartments and common areas the building is beautiful and well taken care of also the attention to detail and design is top notch can't wait to make this place home May of 2025 Thank u Mario .

I am not usually writing reviews, but I am about to renew my lease for another year. The Lex is truly a luxury building in Tacoma and the entire team is top-notch from maintenance to administration, always available to help and answer any questions. A special thank you to Mario, he has been very welcoming since I arrived, he helped me get the perfect apartment with an incredible view of Tacoma. As long as I am in WA I will stay here.
