I recently decided 3 plus months ago to take the leap and join The Lift gym after having not gone to a gym or worked out in almost 2 years. A year prior, I had a baby and was worried about getting back into a gym after so much time away. One day I got an Instagram ad for The Lift and decided to inquire about their programs and I couldn't be happier with my decision. For me, I start fitness programs and reach a point where I eventually quit. The Lift doesn’t give me that feeling where I just want to quit. The culture here is truly unparalleled. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported by both the trainers and fellow members. It's a place that challenges you to push yourself, yet celebrates every achievement along the way.
Working with Alex, Ryan, and Cole has been nothing short of amazing. Alex's wealth of knowledge in fitness and nutrition is remarkable – I've learned so much from him already. Ryan is an absolute cheerleader, radiating positivity and genuine encouragement that motivates you to be your best self. And Cole, pushes you when you can’t push yourself with the perfect blend of humor and determination, making each session both effective and enjoyable.
What sets The Lift apart for me, is its inclusive and supportive atmosphere. Unlike other gyms where intimidation can be a barrier, The Lift fosters a community where everyone feels accepted and encouraged to reach their goals. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you’re looking to find the right trainer who understands your unique needs, The Lift has you covered.
I highly recommend The Lift to anyone seeking a gym experience that combines challenge, a supportive community, and celebration.
Alex, Ryan and Cole are great trainers. Very down to earth, and the rotating programs is what is keeping me interested in going to the gym long term. Nutritional advice is great too with tracking.
