I'm so glad we chose The Lodge at Malibou Lake as our wedding venue. One of the biggest draws for us was that the Lodge is already so beautifully decorated/furnished, we didn't feel the need to get any rentals. Even the couple's getting-ready suites are adorable and great for photos. We had to postpone from our original date due to COVID and Chef Cordelia made the process super easy. Our rescheduled celebration was absolutely beautiful; our guests couldn't stop commenting on both how good the food was and how beautiful the setting was. We ended up deciding to move the dinner out onto the Great Lawn last minute because of rising COVID cases, and now I can't imagine doing it any other way! Having the string lights and lake/mountains as our backdrop for dinner was amazing. Overall I think this venue was an incredible value for what you get and the quality of service/food.

WOWIE WOWIE! DING DONG! What an amazing experience working with the incredible team at the Lodge at Malibou Lake. Chef Cordelia, Sara and Chef Tiffany helped make our wedding dreams come true. It was truly one of the best events any of our guests had been to (and they keep telling us!!). The food was spectacular, the venue was beautiful, and they made it so easy for our Wedding Planner and of our vendors. The lake is stunning and a perfect backdrop to the best day of your life. We would highly recommend this venue and team to anyone looking to get married in the Malibu mountains.

There aren't enough good things I can say about The Lodge and its staff.

My wife and I were looking for a cozy, intimate venue that was a bit removed from the city, but still convenient for our guests. The Lodge ended up being the perfect fit.

From the initial tour to the wedding itself, Cordelia and her team exhibited the utmost professionalism and care to ensure we had the greatest possible wedding. We had planned on having an outdoor ceremony, but heavy rain and unseasonably cold temperatures forced us to shift everything indoors. Despite this last minute pivot, the staff was able to accommodate our needs such that the festivities went off without a hitch. At no point, did we feel the change was an inferior back-up option, and that was huge for us. And special shoutout to Chef Tiffany and her team for without hyperbole, the best wedding food and cocktails we've ever tasted!

All in all, we can't recommend The Lodge enough.
