I used the Staging Goddess when selling my home in North Vancouver. They did an incredible job making the property look spacious, modern, open, and desirable. They gave the property incredible appeal.
In an extremely slow market my home sold in 10 days for a good price. Most properties I was competing against to sell are still on the market 30-60 days later.
There is no doubt in my mind that after using the services of the Staging Goddess I got a) 5-10% more on the sale price of the property and b) was able to sell my home quickly while so many other properties are languishing on the market.

I am thrilled that I went with The Staging Goddess to work their magic on my home. In a time where the real estate market was not necessarily on the seller’s side, it was a very good choice to go with a staging company. I am thrilled I chose the Staging Goddess with my realtor’s assistance. The minute Dawn & Angie arrived at my condo, I could tell they were assessing all aspects of my unit with suggestions and ideas flowing between them. I felt comfortable immediately with their friendly, positive and professional approach. Their suggestions worked well. Excellent customer service was evident over and over with their flexibility to my needs.
It was staged in such a way that it felt like a luxurious hotel -home. I loved it and wanted to stay.
