I used this woman’s services during the 4th of July while visiting eureka. I used her from 11am to 4:30 pm and she managed to lose my dog. I texted that I was on my way and she mentioned nothing. Once i showed up, her and her ‘partner’ could not find him. I couldn’t get a clear answer on what was going on. Then they said they couldn’t find him. She then said she had a migraine and laid down letting her young child watch him. I then starting looking through the neighborhood finding out from neighbors they say him an HOUR prior. An hour and they did not notice my dog was missing?! I continued to look on my own for 45 minutes and thank god we ended up finding him through local neighbors. I paid and tipped $10 through Venmo and she never offered to refund for not doing the one job I paid her for. She is lucky I found my dog or else I would have sued and she would be without a business. Do NOT trust her with your dog.
