MILITARY BEWARE while the apartments themselves are quite nice, this company will milk you for every dime you have upon move out. I was charged over $1,100 for damages and cleaning at move out. Even though I paid a professional cleaning company to clean, they still charged me the full amount for a move out clean with their contractors. Even though the place was SPOTLESS when we moved out. They took advantage of the fact that I was in the hospital in preterm labor and couldn’t attend the move out inspection. They charged us for EVERY little thing they possibly could find. As far as living there, parking was a nightmare. You get one assigned spot and then you’re SOL if you have a second vehicle because there’s only a handful of unassigned spots. Other tenants would park their motorcycles or even leave traffic cones in parking spots to claim them during the day so they didn’t have to search the entire property for an empty spot after work. Management did not care and told us there was nothing they could do about it when we complained. they also DO NOT care about your safety. The gated entrance is nothing but a gaudy decoration. I moved out well over 3 years ago and my gate code still works to open the gates.
