Decent price for a mail box and usually good service but don't expect them to explain fees or anything.
If you don't ask what's going on very specically they will not inform you of fees and costs of shipping nor give a detailed receipt.
My wife went in to mail a flat rate box and they charged her the USPS flat rate plus weight and their additional fee. Same box shipped from USPS would have been under $17 but because she didn't ask or challenge them she was charged over $44.
While I usually get along with Ed well he defended his employee NOT EXPLAINING their fees and thus taking advantage of her customer.
We Recieve packages here but will never ship anything from here again. We'll take the time to go to the Post Office for that from now on; where they legally can't mislead you intentionally for profit.
