I go here all the time, I used to love this place and rarely had a bad hair cut but the past 6 months or so it seems like all the prices went up and the quality went way down. Had 2 really bad hair cuts in a row and now I’ll probably find a new spot

Just had this dark haired Puerto rican/Mexican girl from New Orleans cut my hair at the location on Pines. Very unprofessional. She sped through the haircut (I was in and out of the seat within 4 minutes) and didn't even offer a wash or gel or anything after the cut. She needs to be re-trained or let go.

Currently been sitting here for 45 minutes with only me and one other customer waiting, during this time they managed with 3 workers to get 1 haircut done. Another girl is not doing anything just walking around grabbing some things and cleaning a sink even though Noone has used it since I've been here? Definitely the last time I'll ever come here. Thanks for the horrible service!!
