If I could give 0 stars I would. Never going back. Totally ruined my hair. Asked for a combover and shaved my entire head the same length. He also dug into the back of my neck when trimming leaving marks that are turning into a scab. Yo you with the white and red hat… you need to be fired. You should have known better

Twice now I’ve had the worst customer service ever with this location. Both times was the exact same thing. I call to get on the waiting list (which they tell you to do if you just show up), and they say there is an hour and a half wait (keep in mind, they are open for another 2 and a half hours). When I ask to get on the list, they say they can’t put me on it because it only goes out 1 hour, due to some kind of “auto delete” feature in their software. Last time I said “ok”, this time I pointed out that it’s odd that there could be an hour and a half waiting list if it auto deletes after one hour….. the lady said “OK, what’s your first and last name”, which I gave her right before she said goodbye and proceeded to hang up. Apparently this place doesn’t like to make money?
