Lived in a community managed by TMT for ~4 years, and was also on the board of the HOA for most of that time. Our management team was top-notch - highly competent, responsive, and really cared about the community. If future HOA staff I work with are half as competent as our team at High Point, I'd be thrilled. Big shout-out to Janell, Yuna, Eric, JR, and the rest of the Management Trust team.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I have called this company multiple times to pay an assessment. Each time I call them and think I have paid the entire assessment, I get another bill and money taken from my bank account without my approval.
