Shelley Ketcham, the building Manager, is one of the reasons the Esplanade is so special. Shelley always shows up with a smile and a willingness to help when needed. So many of us stop by the office just to say hello, and Shelley is always so welcoming. Thank you for all you do Shelley!

Janette Simon and Debra Carson have both been amazing to work with. I have been dealing with property management companies for years in several capacities (I have worked for national home builders for years, I am also a real estate broker, and I own a General Contracting company), and have never experienced such quick, accurate, and kind service and responses. They answered every question and then some. Truly impressed with the way they take their job seriously, I am so very thankful for the help they provided.

Serena Pearson, the Tehaleh Lifestyle Assistant with The Management Trust, was a delight to work with. We partnered together on an big event to the whole community and it was a huge success due to her and her team's work. Serena went the extra mile for us to make sure we had everything we needed to do our part for this event. It turned out amazing. Everyone had a great time, and asked for us to do it again. This would not have happened without Serena and Management Trust.
