Mark handled the sale of our trust home as well as many details (organization of an estate sale, clearing property of debris and hiring a contractor/handyman for needed repairs) regarding the transaction. He truly provided every aspect that was required for us to make the sale. He was patient, professional and personable. We were able to sell the property substantially above asking price in a very short time. Escrow and closing was a breeze (even though there were three trustees in different locations). Robert Cofer was amazing at helping us navigate the necessities of selling our parent's home, especially since it was an estate sale. He had wonderful resources for getting large furniture items donated, and hauling out the junk that could not be donated. Highly recommend using them as your real estate agent.
