There is a wide range of heated and non-heated classes to choose from—yoga, pilates, bootcamp, and barre! You will find something that fits your needs. They have classes throughout the day, so there will always be something that fits your schedule.
All the instructors are awesome and so supportive. They will provide modifications for exercises to accommodate your fitness level. Great sense of community in all the classes. You’ll have fun while sweating it out!

W for Vallejo! The Mat has been my second home since I started taking classes in March of this year. My favorites are high intensity and use weights- Inferno Hot Pilates, Y-Sculpt, and Inferno Pump. The instructors push you but emphasize listening to your body and taking breaks. Their playlists are always so fun and motivating, too! The heated classes do get hot and humid, especially when full- don’t forget water and a towel.

An absolute GEM!! Especially in Vallejo. The instructors are amazing and it's great to see all their different styles and personalities in each class. There is something for everyone. Whether you want to get a great sweaty work out in or you want to reset and get some relaxation. Also, I love the community they built here in such a short amount of time. The Mat is basically my second home.
