Angie has been truly amazing. We were having a pretty stressful time trying to find a place to live when we moved to the Tri Cities, and going through the home buying process for the first time. As soon as we started working with Angie, it was like a huge weight lifted off. She is always prepared and ready to answer any questions you have about a property (or find out if she doesn't know) and is really helpful in looking for things that you might not have noticed that might make a property better or worse. We loved that she walked through each property with us for a first time to make initial observations and then gave us plenty of time to look through on our own. We were also so impressed that for EVERY house that we were possibly interested in, she ran comps so that we could get a better sense for ourselves of the value, resale potential, and whether it was overpriced. Finally, when we did make an offer, she walked us through the contract page-by-page and kept track of each step that we needed to do. It was such a huge relief to feel like there was a safeguard so that we wouldn't drop the ball. Overall, working with her allowed us to enjoy the experience of looking for a home and not get bogged down in the stressful parts. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with Angie.

Working with Angie and Christian was a great experience! Both are very knowledgable and more then willing to help in anyway. They made selling and buying our new home easy and a smooth process!
