They got called 3 prescriptions from my MD before 12/30/21, when I went to pick up the three they said all they had was the one prescription and "they must be working on the other two", went back 3 days later they said then "oh its too early to refill", I said I never got them, they continued with its too early to fill, I contacted my MD who resent the two missed medications again to them. Next day they verified they got prescriptions but again too soon to refill. These were important daily medications, who's lack of daily use can have life changing result some of which includes but not limited to strokes and/or death, and I was without them for over a week. On 1/8/22 they now say my MD sent scripts to different pharmacy, funny as they did fill one of the 3 sent all in same order and the information detailed in my MDs transmission of these orders it is clearly marked sent to that specific med shoppe store. Far as I'm concerned they don't care about the people they provide services to, put my quality of life at undo risk, and would strongly suggest an internal review be completed, unfortunately they are the only pharmacy close.
