Paid $3000 a month for a basic unfurnished 1 bedroom room on a fixed term lease of 3 months. The management failed to properly convey that even though I was on a fixed-term lease, I was required (illogically) to fill out a notice-to-vacate form 1 month before the end of the lease. As a result, they charged me an extra $3000 for an additional month, even though the original lease stated when I would vacate. In fact, they accidentally further overcharged me by almost $1000 according to a miscalculation, and only returned the overcharged amount when I called about it. In total, they charged me an entire year's rent for my 3 month stay. By far the worst apartment experience I've had.

This place used to be absolutely amazing. Since the new mangemant and affordable housing kicked in the elevators smell like piss, you literally have crack heads living in the complex. And I had many attempted assaults that the property doesn’t care about. This place in projects downtown Seattle. So gross

Read before applying. They are moving over to low income housing WHILE INCREASING RENT. They are double dipping from you, previous tenants, and government assistance programs.
There has been a massive increase of negative reviews due to the new changing of hands on the ownership of this building. And they are all very much deserving.
Please read the other negative reviews. This place has the gall to charge you what I was paying full price as their 80%. You are getting less for more.
They're skimming off the top from the government's intended program to actually help the needy and it's shamelessly immoral.
