I was still a bit apprehensive about getting my first tattoo when my wife and I arrived, but all that melted away the second we entered the space. Everyone greeted us so kindly and were so genuinely interested in us and our story.
Susan Webber is such an incredible artist and an even better human. Her art is both delicate and bold, and so true to life. She was very understanding of my fears, and gave me lots of time to decide on the right design and location. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable, not at all pressured or rushed. Her studio space is beautiful, filled with her art and amazing books for inspiration. Our conversations were so earnest and interesting, and it felt like we were just hanging out with a good friend who happened to be tattooing us.
We are over the moon about our fuzzy little bees, and Susan and The Missing Piece will always hold a special place in our hearts for what they've done for us. Looking forward to another visit!
