AVOID THIS LOCATION, JUST A NO GO ZONE !!
Edit - Listen, I’m pretty fair when it comes to reviews, I don’t actually take the time to post extensive reviews or negative ones really because why hurt a business, right?
But here’s the deal- I posted an original review, I edited it when the manager of this store- Preetam Srivastav called me and argues with me over the original post and then gets me to the store to try and rectify things to become “the good guy”.
Read this carefully and know that I don’t intentionally post hurtful reviews but the amount of unbearable customer service this person displayed was intense, since I have experienced being a customer anywhere, THIS STORE has been my worst ! I had given this store several occasions, and I’m quite observant, so a lot of thought went into this one star (I wish there were negatives) but a lot of thought went into it- AVOID THIS LOCATION. Try to go to the newton one, service seems to have improved there BUT AVOID THE DELTA STORE. I could go on by detailing what I went through but there’s just too much.
Edit- 06/29/24- Subject to change, on-going experience, I'm trying to get a phone exchange done with fido here, it's a pressing issue, was told a time to be called with an update, nothing was done, tried calling in twice, nothing. No updates, nobody here really quite cares, this is what I got from the very beginning.
At the end of the day, nobody quite suffers, it's the customer who does. Such is my experience.

One thing for customers though and something I've learnt with my experience as a customer- is that, don't be afraid to ask questions and READ the provider policies. Do your part!
If I had known the way this shop operated from the top tier to the ground level, I would've gone to the apple outlet or samsung and yes, I'd have paid more money, which I will anyway which this situation, and have gotten better quality service.
People here think that they're doing their customers a favor by providing them with the time? No, it's your job, that you're being paid for, yet, I'm stuck here with a phone and service that is beyond negative.
